I just purchased a 2015 t@b -cs model in May. I have used it several times with no problem. I have used the hot water several times, both when hooked up to water and when using the holding tank. However last time I used it, I had no hot water. The fuses appear to be ok. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I was hooked up to water and did not turn the pump on. When that didn't work, I unhooked and tried using from the tank. I had just filled it and used the pump. I have had hot water in the past both using the tank and a hook up.

I've never looked but in another post I recall someone saying there was a fuse in the Alde, could that have blown? There's also a fuse in the fuse box on the converter that is Alde related.

A few more specifics... Do you have water running when you turn on the hot tap, but it simply isn't hot, or did you have no water coming out of the hot tap at all?

To follow PXL's thought, did the Alde work otherwise, ie: do the heating coils get hot under the seat when you turn on the heating system?

What are your controls set to?

There is water, it is just not hot. I did not check the cold under the seat, but will check that later tonight. I tried a variety of settings. I tried setting it on electric, electric and propane and propane.  I also tried messing with some of the valves, but only thing that happened was water pouring out underneath the camper.

Got it figured out. It was a fuse that I hadn't checked...under the seat in the Adele system.  Thanks!

So the fuse was the one "in" the Alde that I referenced above?
I've never actually looked for that one.

While the fuses are ATC (closed), if you are willing to substitute ATO (open) fuses, I have found that identifying potential blown fuses is much easier.  I recently swapped out a light and couldn't figure why it wasn't functioning correctly.  Looked over at the WFCO charger unit and immediately identified that somehow in the process of wiring, I had blown the fuse.  Two minutes later, I had replaced the fuse and everything was working smoothly.... I would not have suspected that the issue was a blown fuse and would have spent a lot of time tracing a nonexistent issue.

Photomom - I got a variety pack at an auto parts store - Probably don't have the ones for the Alde though.

I'm having trouble finding the Alde fuse size.  I can find the glass 3.5 amp in 125 Volt fast blow and 250 Volt slow blow, but not 250 Volt fast blow.  Can anyone direct me to a supplier for the 3.15 Amp, 250 Volt, 5mm wide by 20mm long, Fast Blow, Low Breaking Capacity Fuse?

There were a bunch available on Amazon if that helps.  Just typed in your description and several places had them for sale.

The only ones I see on Amazon (or elsewhere) are 125 Volt.  Those may be OK because we don't use 250 Volt here.

Sorry, didn't catch that they were 125 volt.   The 250 volt version is made by Eaton. 

I think it is the same fuse as the Eaton  Manufacturer part # BK/S500-3.15-R.
I found it at Mouser Electronics.  Here is another link to the specific one you indicated (I have a DM so haven't needed).

Thank you, Mash2.  I did get to Bussmann fuses before, but the one I found with the current and voltage rating, was the wrong size.  I appreciate your attention and effort.
