Tab 320S Boondock 2021 water not flowing after dewinterizing

Hello!
The dealer winterized while our Tab was in for repairs. We just got it back and drained off the antifreeze. The water taps flow with city water but I cannot get the pump to pull water in the dry camp method and the water will not run when in dry camp mode. I think it could be an airlock? How do I fix this issue? The pump does make noise like it is running. We are about to take it to Big Bend and it sure would be nice to have water!

Did you add water to the fresh water tank?2021 400 BD / 2016 VW Touareg / Austin, TX

It sounds like you need to prime the pump. Some owners have found that raising the short hose and using a funnel to pour water into the hose will allow the pump to prime.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

@Binghi, I did fill the fresh water tank but the pump won't pump it. @Sharon_is_SAM, I will give that suggestion a try and let you know if it works! Thanks for the suggestion!

Yay! Happy Dance!!! @Sharon_is_SAM, your suggestion worked!
I used my short hose to dump clean water in the winterizing side and ran the pump. Eventually, it started sucking water through!
Thank you!!! -
@Happy_Camper2 - That seems to be the magic fix for many! Enjoy!Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

Ok so now we got to our campsite this weekend and after fixing the issue at home, I still do not have any water flowing
I can’t understand why in certain settings it appears fresh water is dumping underneath when I’m trying to prime my line. Is there something I need to shut off and where would that be? -
Well I got it going again for a cold shower by using the hot water bypass valve turned on but I still don’t understand why clean water was dumping out the back near my gray water exit
