For frame integrity, the our 320 has a tongue weight limit of 700lbs. It's not just about the weight at the ball coupler, but also the stress placed further back throughout the frame. Have you done the math to determine if you've exceeded this by altering the frame geometry?
The weak point on the frame is the huck bolt connection that's inline with the entry door. Your tongue extension along with the weight of the motorcycle will place a lot of additional torque at this location. I hope that you did a stress analysis or consulted with the frame manufacture.
Here's what can happen even without an extension and being well within the tow vehicles tongue weight limit. All four huck bolts sheared off after hitting an unexpected railroad crossing too fast. The junction is twisted and the holes are out of alignment. We were very lucky that this wasn't worse!
