I purchased a worn out Thor  2004 T@B.  for dirt cheap.    the floor was gone and the headliner had delaminated, all cabinets where loose.
I found the link to the dutchmen info   and lifted the cab off the Alco frame. welded the cracks in frame , replaced brakes and painted.
made a new floor with dowelled hardwood frame laminated with 5/8" a/c ply top and 3/8 Ply bottom , screwed and glued with pl400.  used 1/8" corrugated plastic underbelly.   remounted cab  and fabricated new interior.  100 w solar,  19 gal. water tank . it still needs a few finishing touches.   the info here was a great help !
