Battery too low

Battery too low message on alde but battery is at full charge. all other electrical working. 2017 320 and battery message on black panel says battery is at 9.5. Volt meter on battery at 12.9.

    @mrbob, what type of battery do you have, and how old is it?  Additionally, are you testing the battery with the 120V/30amp AC disconnected and with the trailer power disconnected from your tow vehicle?  

    Also, you might want to disconnect your battery, wait 30 minutes (or longer) and then check what the "rested" battery reading is on your meter.

    @MrBob, welcome to the Forums.
    You are on: shore power?  Battery only?  the 9.5 is the voltage readout on the See Level?  And the 12.9 is the readout from a multimeter or some other device at the battery?
    The advice from Bayliss (unplug, turn off battery switch) use your Multimeter on your rested battery will give you a good start on sorting this out.

    Having voltage when you are not using the battery, then it mysteriously disappears as soon as there is a load is normal for a failing battery. Start having the battery tested. Most auto parts places will test the battery for free. If the battery is good, then the power is disappearing on its way to the Alde. That's a different problem.
