    It was the latter.  I believe there was never anything wrong with the AGMs.  What we've learned is to better manage voltage when off shore power.

    Very cool, AnOldUR.  In our 2022 Tab400 BD, we have a 12V cigarette lighter port inside our camper already.  I also have NOCO 2000A booster (not Genius) so would I be able to top off our twin AGMs the same way connecting that existing port to the booster output?

    I don't know much about the NOCO 2000A Booster. Is it the same as a charger or just used for starting with a dead battery?

    The problem I see using an existing cigarette lighter port is the wire size, length and fusing. Adding a port close to the battery would be a better option. My setup is three feet of 12AWG wire directly to the battery fused at 20 amps. My NOCO feeds 10 amps to the batteries.

    Understood.  It's just the booster, not a charger.  I'll have to give it more thought.  Thanks again.
