Problems with sensors for fresh, grey and black tanks T@B 400 2019

This year we have been have new problems with our sensors for the fresh, grey and black water tanks. Prior to this we did see some problems with the grey and black tanks, though they seemed to resolved once the tanks were emptied or flushed. We consistently use an enzyme after the grey/black tanks are emptied. In looking at past discussion, from what I understand the sensors are now located inside the tank. A couple of questions. 1. Has anyone else experienced problems with all three sensors, and if so how were they addressed. 2. Does anyone know the make of the sensors and whether there is a website etc. that would offer troubleshooting. I look forward to any comments you can provide, thanks.

Which panel do you have in your trailer?  The "KIB" panel or the See Level?

We have the same year 400 and our sensors are the same. This year the black tank starting acting up and would not read empty when empty and flushed, the other tanks still seem ok. I did see a thread somewhere that the black tank sensors in the 2019 are in the Coolcat compartment under the bench seat in dinette. Not sure how easy they are to change out, or if there is some alternative cleaning process.

This thread explains the KIB in comparison to the SeeLevel.  There is a comment at the bottom about being able to get to the black tank sensors under the sink, but that may not be useful for the gray tank.  At least you can see what the sensors look like.
This thread talks about cleaning sensors, etc.  Another owner says the same thing that qhumberd mentioned above: "The sensor wires come out of the black tank on the front next to the Cool Cat AC under the bench seat on the 2021 T@B 400."

Your problem with all the tanks, though, point to a problem with the monitor panel.
    Try this thread,

The KIB Tank Monitor System are known to be highly unreliable.

    A troubleshooting document is attached.
BTW, consider writing nüCamp and noting both your issues with the KIB System and perhaps your frustration with nüCamp for installing this brand tank monitor in a premium priced RV.  The previous SeeLevel System was far more dependable.

This year we had our black tank read full when it was empty. I ran the black tank flush for several minutes and that did the trick.
