Floor buckled 2018 320S Boondock

This forum has provided us with much support and valuable tips in the past 5 years. I thought I would share our current issue and maybe help out someone in future.
Our 2018 320S Boondock floor has buckled. I would describe it more as a heaving beneath the laminate, resulting in a wavy floor. There is a long bump inside the trailer and another inside the storage area.
We are the original owners, lightly used trailer because Canadian summer is short. Manufacture date is 12/1/17, so likely the Green Core floor was used as a substitute for the Azdel.
We have contacted our dealer today. It is a little nerve wracking, we love the T@B, care for it better than our house! But it is now 5 years old and I don't know what to expect in terms of warrantee service. I will provide an update as things progress.

nüCamp Technical Support can tell you the floor material type (or at least if it is Green Core) based on the trailer VIN.  Expect you don't have green core as that was a March'ish 2018 build month issue.

BTW, I dried the floor, sealed the breaks, and am living fine (so far) with a not level floor.

Looks like you have Green Core in the flooring.
