Check out Tent Pole Technologies. They can custom build just about anything according to your specs. I purchased replacement sections for my PahaQue awning pole a few years back. IIRC, prices and shipping were both very reasonable.
I strongly suggest getting a metal pole - not fiberglass. One of the best mods I ever did was replace the fiberglass pole in my XL Visor with metal. Bought the metal pole sections on Amazon for about $24. You will need a longer length because its going to be an awning. Would be happy to measure my PahaQue awning pole for you.

@Tross2023 I also bought an aluminum pole for my visor and have no regrets. I believe that I needed 19’ of pole, so I bought a two pack off Amazon and added the necessary sections from one to the other, cutting the last section down to get the correct length.
My awning took a beating during a storm last weekend. Three of my aluminum poles are pretty well shot. Does anyone know where I could check to replace them?
The weak points are typically the smaller diameter short connector tubes, not the longer pre-bent tubes. If those are the areas that are bent, a good hardware store sells the correct diameter tubing. That and the correct size drill bit and you can replace the connector tubes. I think it's key to maintain the gap between the longer tube ends when you make them so they have room to bend in the next wind storm.
