Grey Tank Pull question

We have been getting ready for our first trip out. We have a 2022 TAB 320 S. We noticed the one pull for the grey tank. It does not seem to do anything when we try to pull it out or push it in. We have not used the camper yet so there should be no water but we were wondering whether or not it is an issue.

Push the handle in. Put some water in the gray tank. Empty a bucket down the sink. Now, take the cover off and pull the gray tank dump handle. You should have a bucket full of clean water.

Yea we know how to do that. The pull does not work. It will not push out or in. We contacted NuCamp.
    Thanks for the info though!

It may just be stuck if it has not been used in a long time.  Have you put any liquid in the tank to see if it loosens up?  If not maybe use some blade valve lubricant to loosen it up.

This is the "new fangled" gray tank handle design that is toward the back of the trailer?  This thread goes through issues with the handle if yours is like this.  The whole design is a bit convoluted.
