Great condition, always stored inside. No soft spots or corrosion. Used in summer and winter-Alde heater works. LOVED every minute of sharing adventures w my daughter..easy to tow, brought to MN during record snowstorm in MT and everything worked great. Includes like new Pahaque cover, Pahaque side tent, large diamond storage box on front. Custom window awnings, Wing Walls sewn by Meme. Lots of extras from previous owner that I never even hooked up- back up camera, solar panel. I have levelers, chucks, cord converters. Great little warming hut after cross country skiing. Also took on bike/camping adventures. I am so sad to see it go.
