Tab400 bathroom fan switch access

Hello all.

We've been experiencing the bathroom fan switch issue with our 2022 Tab400 and read that you can access the switch from inside the trailer.  I was able to remove the outer flange for the fan with the light switch and the screen plate held by the 4 small Phillips screws but I can't see how I can remove the faulty switch itself.

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance.

I can't remember where, but there are screws (I think) on the inside of the fan, facing outward, that you have to remove and then entire fan drops down.  I had to replace a faulty switch as well and darn I think just the push button switch was like $70.

I think the 2019 T@B 400 had a different looking switch with a red button that I picked up at uCamp21 for like $15.

After taking it apart a couple times, it started working but it's still flaky.  I'll take another shot at it when it stops again.

    Thanks again for the replies.
