Camco Fan Vent Cover

Has anyone ever tried putting a vent cover onto a teardrop trailer? Would the trailer itself be too rounded at the top to accommodate a vent cover? The only complaint I have with my TAB T2 is rain getting in if I want the fan to run.

Thank you very much. I knew how to attach the cover because I have watched videos on how to do it but the most of them showed it being attached to a more flat roof rather than a curved roof so I was concerned whether or not it would even work on my vintage TAB. But obviously it is possible as I see others have mentioned it.
