Portable Surge Protector Question

I have read through many posts on surge protectors and cannot find whether this has been answered or not....

Can you use the dogbone adapters with a portable surge protector/circuit analyzer?  In other words, must I buy a surge protector for each potential voltage, or can I use the 30amp portable surge protector---post > dogbone (for example, 15 amp to 30 amp) > then 30 amp portable surge protector > 30 amp cord to T@b?

Many thanks in advance!  Our CS-S Sofitel is waiting at the dealer for us until 2 October!  Sooo excited!

    The surge protector is not a fuse, but must be rated to the highest potential draw, and for the T@B, that is 30 amps. You may use connected to 15 or 20 amp circuits. You could also use it on a 50 amp service with the correct adapter, but as the T@B has a 30 amp main breaker, that will limit the maximum current draw to 30 amps.

    I use the 30 amp "dogbone"'at the pedestal. 'Does what it is supposed to, no mods or extra brain power required. Works for me.
