Battery test: 2021 T@B 400 BD w/ solar

When heading out I put the fridge on battery. No errors are shown. At a stop after a few hours on the road, the fridge shows battery error 6, so we switch to propane. 

I want to track this down. I've got the VictronConnect app but am not at all sure what it's telling me. I've got a good DVM. I'd greatly appreciate learning how to go about diagnosing the error. Shouldn't there be a non-zero load with fridge on?

Unless you have personally connected something to the separate "Load Terminals" on the solar controller..there should not be any reading from the "Load Output". 

The key numbers for battery charging or use are found in the "Battery" section of the App.  In both of these photos (only a minute apart?) your solar is charging (the positive number in the "Current" section under battery) is charging at 2 amps.  It is hard to determine the actual status of the battery since the battery switch is probably still on, and things are being run in the trailer.

Thanks for your reply. I hadn't known about external loads.

I suspect that I've commited autopedicide (i.e., shooting oneself in the foot.) I changed towing vehicle from one which had a 7-pin connection to one with a 4-pin. Rather than getting the local Toyota dealer (which I have reason not to trust) I instead installed an Autowbrake controller. I used the trailer's battery to power the controller.

When about to travel I've turned on the toggle above the fridge and set the fridge to battery. No error code shows. And the Norcold manual does not describe the difference between error code 6 and code 7 - both say "make sure the engine is running".

Am I to conclude that the only solution here is to remove the Autowbrake controller and install something in the TV (in this case, a Toyota Highlander)?
