Should Nucamp add an indoor kitchen sink to the T@B 360 CS?

Back on the trail looking at new options for later this year.  Currently looking at both the 360 and the 360 CS.  I love the idea of the outdoor kitchen and the lower tongue weight, but can't imagine not having even a small sink in the kitchen area---for food prep, washing hands (without going in the bathroom and leaning over the toilet, ughh), and even cooking inside when the weather is bad (electric burner, microwave).  I asked Nucamp and they said it wouldn't be something you could order, and not something their shop would do post-production.  Seems like stubbing in for a sink would be pretty simple since they are already doing it for the 360 standard.  So what do you think?  Should Nucamp add an inside sink to the 360 CS?  (and yes, I understand that the 320 CS didn't have one there either).

Yes! Nucamp should definitely add a small kitchen sink inside (with a cover).

Seems like a reasonable addition.  I'm curious why other folks might think it's not.  The only thing I can think is that the sink disrupts otherwise clean counter space.

I'm thinking NO. If you want the indoor kitchen, buy a 360. If you want an outside kitchen, buy the CS. I would suggest moving the refrigerator to the kitchen. Then you would have a dresser in the front. It would be nice if the passthrough upper cabinets from the older CS returned. What I see in the 360CS is no dresser, no clothes storage and the kitchen is split between two compartments. Each of us uses the trailer differently. This arrangement may work for someone.

With the CS, you can still cook inside on the dresser with an induction hotplate, electric skillet, or toaster oven. I've done all three. I have looked at the newer trainers. I agree about the sink behind the toilet and the ceiling curve working against you. The new 360CS is not an upgrade from the 2018 320CS.

Plumbing the trailer for a sink in both places is a bad idea. Not only is it more expensive to manufacture, but you loose storage space in the cabinet plus risk possible leaks from the added fittings for both fresh and gray water. If an owner wants to move a sink, they can. No reason to plague everyone with down sides of one persons potential mod.

There is no "kitchen area" inside of the 360 CS.

Since that space is where the kitchen is in the regular 360 and it's right next to the refrigerator, I thought it would make sense to refer to it as the kitchen area.  I'm also guessing that folks with this camper and the 320 CS probably do a bit of prep work and cooking in that spot (probably a coffee maker, etc.).  Sorry if my post was confusing.

I've had a CS-S for nearly 10 years. I have never once done any cooking inside. Everything I need for cooking is in the galley at the back. I understand why NuCamp moved the fridge inside for the 360, but that still doesn't make that area the kitchen. People who think that way are inevitably going to be disappointed. If that's what you want, track down the discontinued Ultimate Toys trailer.

Like Marceline, We have had a CS for ~15 years and have never cooked inside our camper even now with our UT and it's interior kitchen.  I will say we find that the sink in that area is very useful for all the reasons you would wish the bathroom sink would work.  In our opinion and experience the stove in that space is useless.  The CS galley is what brought us to the T@B family.  For us, the UT's extra width was just the enhancement the CS needed.  The 360-CS is too big and heavy for no compelling added features for our travel style.

Yeah. I’m not convinced the 360CS is a great idea. I think that it would’ve made more sense to just widen the CS like the UT. That creates a longer bed that would’ve solved the problem (bed too short) for most buyers.
