2017 T@B 320S Freshwater Drain Valve Replcement

The knob on the freshwater drain valve (next to entry step on passenger side) is getting hard to open and close. I am worried that the extra strain might break the PEX pipe near the connection. Does anyone know offhand what size replacement valve fitting is needed?   Thanks!

A little penetrating oil on the valve shaft may resolve the issue.

2017 T@B S. Valve handle broke off the freshwater drain, so I want to replace the valve. Can someone tell me what size PEX is used for the drain line so I can get the right fitting?

FYI in case anyone else needs to know. I cut off the existing crimp holding on the old fitting and compared it to 1/2 inch PEX fittings I had on hand. The sizes matched (at least visually). I replaced the old valve with a quarter-turn 1/2 in. Brass PEX-B Ball Valve. It was crimped with a 1/2" stainless steel PEX crimp on the back barb and the pipe behind the valve was anchored to the frame with a 1/2 inch plastic pipe clamp screwed into the same holes used by the original anchor clamp (which was cracked) with Anderson (square) screws. When I installed everything, I made sure the valve opened by pulling the handle toward the stairs and the swing to shut it off and turn it on weren't blocked by any obstructions. Not a difficult repair except for the limited space for working and cutting off the old and crimping on the new crimp ring. I think this style of valve will be easier to manipulate.

Great idea!  Those little valves can be difficult to reach and turn.
