Elwell Air8 Thermostat Power Button Not Working

I have a 2022 T@B 320-S Boondock with an Elwell Air8 air conditioner. Recently, I was running the air conditioner and I went to turn it off, the touch-screen power button refused to work. I pushed it several times, and no response. I finally got the air conditioner to turn off by flipping off the breaker to the air conditioner. Now the thermostat screen looks different. I tried resetting the system, but after typing in the "8699" reset code, the power button, which is part of the reset process, again refused to work, so I can't do a reset. Has anyone else had this problem? And does anyone know how to fix this? How can I reset the thermostat when the power button is not working?

Also, one more question: How reliable has the Elwell Air8 been for other T@B owners? I find it very loud and not very good. I do, however, live in Arizona so I am dealing with particularly hot weather.

Check first it's getting 12v power from converter fused circuit as interface is not on the 120v circuit.  Nucamp documentation did not list its 12v source.

We replaced the wall mounted control interface after ours stopped responding to touch.  Don't recall part cost.

Yes, super loud but we rarely use in our spring/fall limited outings.
When running we found pushing on air8 case dampened vibration noise a lot.
When I added batteries and plywood partition I tightly wedged case further which helped.

The AIr8 Installation Guide shows/states the unit requires 120VAC only power input.
Control Panel VDC is created by the Air8 main PCB.

This is different from the Alde Heat System as the Adle includes a propane operation mode so the WFCO Power Center does have a 12VDC Fuse to allow the Alde electrical items to operate in propane (fuel source) mode.

Okay, I suggest the actual wiring/connections be traced as
Air8 documentation indicates no 12VDC requirement and nüCamp DC Fuse Panel Labels are known to be incorrect over many production years . . .
