My wife and I have a teardrop but are considering an upgrade.  A few questions about your camper:

1). Are you the original owners?
    2) The work on replacing the floor- was that because of damage or just responding to recall?
    3) When was the last time bearings were inspected and/or replaced?
    4) How has the camper been stored when not in use?

Thank you for any additional information you can provide.  Looks like you have taken really good care of it.

We are the second owners. We purchased the '320CS in December of 2020. It is an outstanding camping trailer and we have used it at least every month since March 2021. We are preparing for retirement. Last October, we found a trailer that is better for traveling. It has both a dinette and bed plus more room to move around if the weather is bad for a few days. We aren't retired yet and don't have the time to use both trailers.

The floor was wrinkling up. The previous owner had not exercised the recall for the floor replacement. I thought it would be nice to have a flat floor. When Princess Craft disassembled the trailer and removed the old floor, they discovered water stains at the two bottom corners of the kitchen hatch. We replaced all the plywood under the kitchen with Asdel flooring. The replacement floor is a light gray. It matches the rest of the trailer much better than the fake wood that was there before.

The wheel bearings and brakes were replaced in February 2021. I didn't have any records from the trailer's previous life and the brakes were completely warn out. They were last repacked in December 2024. There was half the brake pad thickness left. We have used the trailer twice since for about 500 miles distance. When we were using the trailer a lot, the wheel bearing were cleaned, checked and repacked every 6 months.

The trailer is parked along side my house. It is on cement pave stones. The tires are not touching the grass. The trailer is covered. Once a quarter, I power up the trailer to make sure everything is working. I jack up each side, spin the wheels, and set them back in a new spot. As I said, we have used it a couple times since buy the larger trailer.

While the trailer was disassembled for the new floor, Princess Craft flushed, inspected, and refilled the Alde system with new Romax fluid. Alde recommends fluid replacement every 2 years. The next service is due in May 2026. The system was checked for corrosion 3 time while I owned the trailer (when I bought the trailer, the fluid change I did, and the one Princess Craft did). No issues were discovered.
