seating gently modified to allow for 26” twin beds (5” wider than normal).  can easily be reworked to original queen bed

defects: exterior trim has separated in a couple of places, this is common and not structural.  There are some minor repairs to this sealed with clear silicone.  I’m pointing this out because it’s not especially noticeable.  The trim is cosmetic.  There are also a few small dents in the exterior shell.

currently winterized but will demonstrate that everything works and rewinterize for you with a deposit in hand.
