No voltage from solar panels. How to access the connectors?

Hi folks,
This past weekend after 2 years of no issues, the factory solar panel on our 2024 TAB 400 stopped charging the battery. The Victron app reports 0V from the panels.
I checked the voltage with a multimeter at the Victron charge controller and it's showing 0.04 volts at the solar inputs even in broad daylight. There's a 30A fuse on the positive side that I checked and it's fine (passes connectivity test, and I still get 0V when measuring the hot end of the fuse case).
So I think the charge controller itself is fine and the problem is either with the panels or some connector on the path from the panel to the charge controller.
The wire from the charge controller goes off behind the fridge and up to the roof, but the panel is completely flush against the roof with no visible connectors so I'm not sure where I can check the voltage of the panels directly or check for any lose connectors.
I've reached out to my dealer but if anyone else has thoughts on what I could check next, that would be much appreciated! Thanks!

There have been other 2024 400 owners who have reported the same thing. We have a '24 400 Boondock bought in June '24 and three months later both panels failed. After doing a lot of checking and testing I finally took it to the dealer and the tech guys reported within a day that, yes, both panels failed. They were replaced under warranty and have been fine since. I don't know if there are wiring connection points between the panels and the controller since it's hidden but probably not worth your while to try to track the wiring by taking things apart behind the refrigerator. Let your dealer check it out.Susan & Bill, Yarmouth, Maine

There was a "maintenance notice" about this issue a couple of months ago. The issue basically was known in around since July, 2025. The thread below has the basic information on what to look for on the Sunflare panels themselves as far as this specific failure goes.Whether or not your failure is related to this notice is really hard to tell, but at least you can have a look at your panels and see if the failure is obvious or not.

I had exactly the same problem happen in my 2024 T@b 400 and my dealer replaced the panels under warranty (mine was actually past the year warranty). I diagnosed the panel failure the same way you did by measuring w/o the fuse in. A panel replacement fixed the issue.Be mindful when they replace the panels that they affix the double-sided tape correctly. I'm going to have to likely re-apply the double-sided tape at the top of the panel as wasn't correctly cleaned (or popped up in the hot summer when they replaced it and got dirt between the adhesive and panel.2024 T@b 400 BD "Tabba the Hut"

Quick update, this was indeed a panel failure and my dealer replaced it under warranty.
