Right next to the cold water drain is another drain with a gold plastic cap and clamp? Can someone please name that drain valve for me, Thanks!

Maybe glycol drain for the Alde?

+1 for the Alde glycol drain. On the other side it tees into the rubber hose returning from the heat radiators.
