Our table use to pop up and down real nice. Is this a spring problem? If so where can we get a replacement spring?

I am not sure if I never learned to use it properly, if the spring dried out, or if mine is broken. I stored it in the basement the day I brought it home from the dealer and had not used it since. I pressed the yellow button to test it, recently, and it wouldn't budge.

Ours started to get a little sticky at a year or so. When I lubed the joints of the table, it made a big difference.
