Ours is shot and we now have the extra difficulty of trying to make a different type of unit "fit" the encased hole on the floor where the old one went.  I have emailed and called the Little Guy people and can't get correspondence back.  The huge RV dealership here told us the bad news.

The new unit which is a/c only is $1400.00.  Surprised our RV place couldn't find one.  Sure is a lot of money for our 2004. I don't know if a different unit would be a good idea.

Wow, I just googled "window heat pump" and got a whole page full at about $500 or less. I would think that one of these units would fit you application. Jerry

Is a window heat pump one that fits in the floor box we have?  We tried a window unit and a stand up unit when the a/c pooped the last two summers and they did not do the trick. I hope the compressor we have coming tomorrow does the trick.
