Sink/Shower Operation

Has anyone had trouble operating the shower diverter knob in the Max S? The knob pulls up maybe a quarter of an inch(hardly seems enough) and has no affect on the waterflow(still comes out the faucet). Thinking I'll have to take the whole thing out and replace unless anyone has a better idea/solution.... Thanks.

Ok, where's the shower diverter knob? My 2015 doesn't have one. - Is your T@B an earlier model with the small sink in the shower stall? You didn't specify.

PXLated - thanks for the response. Can I ask, how do you change the waterflow from the bathroom sink to the shower without some kind of diverter in your 2015?

They got rid of the sink inside the shower starting with the 2015s - Special order option now as I recall.

I believe they are still installing them in clamshells.

I just realized I did not identify mine as being a cs in my earlier post. Anyway I guess I'll be replacing the thing unless anyone has any ideas...

Robert, if you call the Pleasant Valley factory (phone number on the right under contact numbers), ask to talk to warranty, one of the guys will talk you through the operation.
