Window Blind Sagging

Got a factory fix for the window blinds sag and successfully did the fix yesterday. Sag was so bad didn't even have to remove the blinds. Plastic clip screws to the wall and fits into a little channel on the blind frame.

I'll have to ask for some clips. My front window shade has been badly bowed since I bought it.

The clip does the trick. No idea why they didn't do it at the factory on all three windows. Would take about five minutes there. Took me about 8 hours of worry and discussion. And another hour to install.

Where does one get the clip? I just replaced the blind and screen and within a few days it had the sag.

I replaced mine 8 months ago and it's just now getting a slight sag again. Need those clips sabel - Did you get them thru Elsie?

I put in a repair request, see topic on the forum, and Marvin Raber in the warranty & repair dept. sent me the clips and screws. If the sag is alot you don't have to remove the blind. If the sag is only slight you'll have to remove the blind to locate the clip in the right spot.
