Electric slide problems

Hello everyone, I have a 95 wilderness 33p. The slide quit working. It is very confusing. The switch is 2 pole double throw with 6 connections on the back of it. The common wires run from it to the bottom of the camper where it runs into an 8 prong double pole double throw relay. I don't think that this is factory. A diagram of how all this is supposed to work together would be greatly appreciated. I bought a new relay thinking that it was bad but now I can't get it wired correctly to start troubleshooting somewhere else. Please help.
