Hoping to buy soon. Worried about garage.

Hi everyone, went camping and saw a T@G for the first time and started researching and liked the T@B better.  I like most have a 7' garage.  I have search and I've seen some use a 12" rim to clear the garage door. Not sure is anyone has used these before but it looks like the bolt patterns are the same and they're 8" rims with tires that may be shorter than rolling on the 12" rims. If anyone can verify or debunk it would be much appreciated.

The tire in the link has an OD of ~18" so not as short as a 12" rim.
The OEM tire is ~24" so these will drop the trailer 3 and 6 inches respectively.  A lighter duty 8" tire and wheel might get you 4" drop.  For just rolling around in your driveway and garage the load rating is not important.
You will need to measure your trailer and door specifically to see what you need as small variations can make or break the plan.

Question , would you go with a small tire or just the rim since it's a wider rim , my driveway is sloped.

That wheel may have the right bolt pattern but it may not clear the brake drum.

I don't know your age, but unless you have an 8' door, the effort to get the T@B in and out of a 7' door by changing tires etc. decreases the enjoyment of using it.  I would recommend either increasing the height of the door, or building another shelter for it on your property.
