Did I buy the wrong adapter?

Amongst my list of supplies I'm purchasing for my t@b, I bought a 30amp male to 50 amp female adapter.
Did I buy the wrong adapter?

Thanks!

The adapter I use the most is the one that use at home to plug into an extension cord - 30A female to 20A male. I do have a female 30A to 50A male dog bone in case I end up in a large pull-thru that only has 50A service.

Yes, that adaptor is if you have 50A plug on your unit and only have a plug for 30A (sometimes 30A and 20A service is all that is available at many MD and DE state parks or 50A service is limited).

Yes, I have definitely used that adapter as @Ratkity described.
