On Shore Power on the Road, But No Power

I'm struggling to troubleshoot an electrical problem on the road. 
No Power even though plugged in. 
I'm not finding the electrical panel as illustrated on my 2015 Sofitel fuse panel door. It shows a "main breaker hold down button and spaghetti of wires. 
I reset the gfi; there's only one, right? 
Im handy but not with this.

Are you sure the breaker where you are plugged in is turned on and there is power?

@Lil_L's_Sofitel_15 Is it just the outlets that have no power, or the entire T@B?

No power at all. I can plug into my toad & get full power. But if plugged in, entire TAB just drains the battery.

Lil - do you mean when your 7 pin is connected to your tow vehicle you have lights, etc?  And when you plug into the campground pedestal the Tab only runs on the Tab battery?  

1.  Is the breaker at the campground pedestal flipped on?  If there is a 120 outlet at the pedestal, will it power a hair dryer?
2.  When you plug in the 30 amp cord into the Tab, does the LED on the cord at the Tab end come on?

How did it turn out?  Did you discover the problem?
