First T@B trip to the Rockies

Well our first 4 day trip to the mountains is over. Set up a base camp in David Thompson country at Thompson creek campground in the Canadian Rockies. Spent our time day hiking, swimming (briefly) in Abraham lake (15c water at the shore) and enjoying our new T@B. WOW what a great way to camp! I've been a tent camper for over 40 years so this is pure luxury. We had amazing weather so we spent most of our time outside. Used our outdoor car camping kitchen gear and just used the T@B kitchen for the fridge and doing dishes. Hot water from a tap is pretty amazing and not something i'm used to after so many years of tenting. Crawling into a bed with sheets and a duvet instead of sleeping bags was a treat and the indoor private toilet is.... well great. The T@B systems worked well and we had enough battery juice for the 4 days. Towing was easy and the car handled it well. My wife is quite comfortable driving with the trailer already and did most of the 3.5 hour return trip.
