Unable to get the city water black cover to stay on. It is attached, of course, but after closing it pops back open in seconds.
Any suggestions,or should I contact the factory? I am not sure a new 'cap' is possible, could be more complicated.

iMine broke last year when the 5 gal water can slipped when I was filling it. It still closes, but doesn't work right so I bought a replacement that has a different style. They come in white or black.
