@moonshadow, I had the same problem...you'll need to adjust your mixing valve. Mine was set too low, and like you, only lasted for a few seconds of hot water. You can also set the Alde hotter for hot water using the shower display button to the #2 setting. Mine is diiferent than yours, so if someone with the same set-up could post a picture, it would be helpful..Thanks.

I did it a few months ago after reading the information here. Go slow on the adjusting knob and change it in little increments and then test after each adjustment. It doesn't need to move very much.
My valve on a 2018 was a little different: it sits facing up. So the instructions to "move the knob out to the side" confused me a bit until I realized the difference.
This worked for me! Loosened the screw, pulled out the knob to disengage it, rotated clockwise reset the knob, and turned more counter-clockwise. Hot water! Thanks!
