20 Amp Campground Service

What do I need to connect my 30 amp power cord to a 20 amp campground service post?

A 20 amp to 30 amp adapter.  Be aware of the limits.  Both elements of the Alde take 16 amps.

@newbie, you'll need an adapter. Rv adapter of 30A to 20A. Can be found on-line, at camping world, most rv supply locations, many rv dealers, and even at some walmart stores. Good luck!

I have a 15 amp to 30 amp adapter.  Will that work for 20 amp also?  Are the plugs the same?

@newbie, yes that will work. The plugs aren't quite the same, but a 15A plug will fit in a 20A receptical.
