I have a T@G with a NORCOLD NRF30. It has always maintained relatively close temp to what I set when using battery power. Now its to a point where it will not cool down using the battery but when I hook it up to the generator the unit cools down. on the side of the unit there is a switch with three settings. the choices are 11.7v 11.4v and 10.4v.??? I do not have a manual and do not know where this should be set. If that is not the issue could it be a fuse problem. Is there anything else I can check?

Those voltage choices sound like the level that you elect to turn off the frig to preserve the battery.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

Check your battery voltage. I found that mine had a bad cell and the NRF30 wouldn't cool down. I replaced battery and now everything is good.
