New T@B 400

Just picked up my new 2018 T@B 400 from Meeks RV, now off to Yosemite to enjoy the smoke ;)

BTW is the stove suppose to be auto ignition?  It has the poles next to the burners and the lightning symbol for lighting but nothing happens.  Works fine with a lighter though.

@takeachance2000 Congratulations and welcome! The 400 is a great trailer.  On our 400 we expected to find a piezo ignition but we found ours to be a match lit burner (Built April, 2018).

Don't hesitate to reach out to the T@BForum anytime you have more questions as you gain familiarity with your new trailer- there is an amazing group of people here with an incredible amount of knowledge and experience.

Yes, the stove in the 400 requires a lighter. Yes, we use one of the long ones. The pins you see next to the burner are a safety feature. They are heat sensors that turn off propane flow if the flame goes out. Hope this helps.

Yay! Welcome! Are you in the SF Bay Area? I am out here as well and have wanted to go to Yosemite with my 400, but waiting for the smoke to clear more first. I just picked my 400 up in July, and I am still learning a ton. This forum has been invaluable to me.

Thanks to all for the kind welcome!  Nothing to crazy to report for the first trip, shower faucet was leaking behind the faucet, easy fix just needed to be tightened Yoesmite has been great, light crowds and the smoke is mostly gone.  @NCNative yep, I live over in the East Bay, it is a great time to come, summer crowds are gone.
