Norcold 2-Way Refrigerator Stopped Working. No power on AC or DC, light does not come on or anything

Norcold NR740BB under warranty, called Norcold and arranged servicing.  Turns out refrigerator working fine.  Faulty inline relay switch (part of the trailer power wiring) was the culprit.  Since it wasn't the refrigerator, I had to foot the bill for a new relay and service charges.  Contacted NuCamp to see if I can get reimbursed since is was a trailer component issue instead of a separate appliance issue.  Waiting to hear back from them.  Anyone else have a similar issue?

Nu Camp emailed me and said they would reimburse the expense.  Great customer service.

You can trust nuCamp to honor their warranty!  Where was the wiring mishap?  The circuit for the frig out of the converter?  Inquiring minds want to know😏

The wiring was tucked back behind the fridge up inside the innards of the CS-S cabinet.  It was an inline relay switch.
