2018 CS-S Alde Mixer Valve Leaking

Has anyone else had water leaking from the alde mixer valve? My cold water input - and occasionally the hot water, too - is dripping and I'm considering adding rubber hose washers to the connections but don't want to mess things up further. Thanks!

Here are a couple threads that showed up when I searched mixer valve.  Sometimes the mixers are defective, sometimes the coupler needs to be changed.
