How accurate is the tongue weight ?

Anyone actually measure the tongue weight  on the CS-S?  was it pretty accurate to what the website said?  is that with water or without?

    It is without water, the battery, or propane, I believe.

    Anyone measure with water ?   I read a post someone said it only added 4 pounds after adding water.

    Since the water tank is over the axle, the tongue weight does not change much at all.  I don't know if it is exactly 4 lbs different.
