Shower shelf and exit assist handle

At 6'1" I often look like an octopus falling out of a tree when I try to exit the T@B bathroom. While rambling around Lowes I found a combination grab handle and shelf which solves two problems. To mount it I had to add some support to the drivers side of the handle. So I fitted a piece of plywood between the existing studs with pocket hole screws. If you opt to duplicate this be sure to retighten the Pex connections on the back of the shower faucet before buttoning it all up. I found that jostling the Pex pipes around loosened the connection.
