How I installed a Lagun table in my 2019 T@B 400

    I’ve been thinking of it during this stay-at-home time, but on the other hand, I have a nice wooden topped table for outside....decisions, decisions.....

    @JeffroNC, yes, I travel with my table in place, except for the trip through parts of Canada and the PNW last summer. My sister went with me and we left the dinette in bed mode for the entire trip.

    @Verna Thanks. We stop for lunch in the camper on travel days and didn't want to set the table up each time. I will be tackling this project next thanks to the great information I have received here.

    @Verna I just built my box and installed the table. I initially installed the table bracket in the middle but I could tell that was wrong. Can you tell me how you oriented and positioned the bracket that attaches to the table?

    @JeffroNC I laid the wooden table top on top of the bracket and swiveled the bracket around to figure out which position kept the table top from hitting the front wall. That’s the best explanation I can give you!

    I think I have it settled. It really opens up space in the front.

    i love the space that this has given us in the front of our Tab but I have trouble avoiding the light above the table with my head. LOL Has anybody replaced the light with something less obtrusive?

    @JeffroNC, at 5’4”, I have absolutely no problem with that light😂. I like that light so much, I put one over the table in place of the smaller dimmer one. 

    I honestly don’t know if any other RV light that would be flush with the ceiling. Amazon has lots of 12V lights, as does EBay.

    @verna My DW doesn't have trouble either. She is 5'2". I am tall and clumsy.

    We finally got a chance to live with the lagun table today as we started our three month trip out west. It makes so much sense for us and makes the Tab more livable.

    Here is the table in travel mode. We put plex sheet on top and Amy arranged postcards from our trip. 
    Held on with command strips.
