    Good about the temps.  I forgot to take a photo with the electric but today the PCB was again up at 64C . The hot water was surging back and forth, hot and cold.  Hopefully we will come across an airstream/alde place on our way south.

    @Bayliss Thanks
    Yesterday the fluid was .5cm over the min mark so I added the tiniest amount to up it to 1cm over. Didn't seem to make a difference, it was such a small amount.
    Do you know is that what R027 means?
    What do other people show beside 'Boiler" ?
    What do other people show for PCB? What is normal?
    Perhaps I should try the "boiler overheat reset" I have seen on you tube.

    @Sierra, unfortunately, I do not know what "R027" refers to, other than possibly an error code.  I tried Google for "Alde R027" and "Alde Error Codes," but did not quickly find an answer.  You might give that further investigation, or contact Alde to see what they say.  I'm wondering if maybe there is some air in the glycol lines following your recent glycol exchange??  Maybe that is causing/contributing to the problem.
