I you can take a road wheel to Discount Tire or some other tire dealer they will have gauges with which to get all of the necessary measurements such as wheel size, bolt pattern/diameter, offset/setback, wheel width, hub diameter, and several other dimensions.

    5 X 100 - 5 bolts on a 100mm circle.
15x5.5" steel wheels with 195-60x15 tires (spare)
    or
16x6" alloy wheels with 205-55x16 tires standard from DM
These sizes and offsets are common wheels on many VWs and other compact sedans.
    Have fun....

Thanks for the information, tried that and everyone said it was a 5 on 5and 1/2.  But they don’t bolt up I think it is 5 o 4 and 3/4, looking for someone to confirm that.  I’ve measured it my self and it looks like 5 on 4and 3/4.  ???😶
