Not getting any power to my fridge in the 2019 T@B 400. No power to the light or the cooling system. changed the fuse out and still no go. It is plugged into shore power and has a solar panel. Any feedback would be great, thanks

is this the first time you have ever had the systems on??

This year, I ran it for a short period of time last year

And everything else in the trailer is working fine off of shore power? Do you have a digital volt meter? I would double check the fusing and verify you have 12 volts at the electric converter. Try a new fuse as stranger things have happened. And have you turned the unit on via the switch inside the frig?Mike - Elmira, Mi / 2019 T@B 400 / 2021 Chevy Silverado LTZ

ok triple checked fuses and by switch do you mean dial that adjusts temp? If so yes. Everything else in the trailer is working. Is the converter under the bed mounted near the Alde system? Volt meter at cottage may have to borrow one. Thanks for your help as I am in uncharted waters.

Which fridge do you have? 2 way or 3 way?2023 F-150 Powerboost hybrid

Have you tried disconnecting from shore power and seeing if it works on DC only? If it does, you probably tripped one of the AC circuit breakers or you might have popped one of the GFCI breakers. This is the AC side of the trailer, which I don’t think you’ve checked yet.2019 T@B 400 Boondock Lite

Ok, just disconnected from shore power and still nothing. Could it possibly be the thermostat/on/off dial?
-
Not likely. The light should be on when you open the door even if the thermostat is set to zero. I’d still check other AC connections for power. Are you getting power at the outlets? The air conditioner? The Alde? If you are getting AC generally, you might have a bad fridge.scottdickie said:Ok, just disconnected from shore power and still nothing. I get power at outlets, air conditioner and and Alde, so a bad fridge ay be the answer, thanks

I don't know anything about your model of fridge, but I can tell you the three way Norcold in my 2015 320 has three fuses in the fridge itself (in addition to the 12V fuse in the converter panel). In my case, they're hidden on the top of the unit, under the stove, which must be removed for access. If have no idea if this applies to yours or not, but it's worth looking into before writing off the fridge. Maybe your fridge owner's manual can provide some info or clues?2015 T@B Max S (320)

Thanks for the advice, I did not get a manual with the fridge and cannot find one online. I wondered if there were more fuses hidden somewhere. I will take a look.

No fuses above or below the fridge.
