thoughts on this battery monitor from anyone who as one installed-is it worth the money-my dealer says he will charge me $288 plus installation if he orders the part-I see at amazon for $206.75

Just did the install myself on a 2020 TAB400.  Was quite straightforward.  What's your TAB?

t@b 400-getting down there to the actual battery is the problem-I assume it has to fasten to it somehow-my trailer is at the dealer now having the air conditioning looked at and a new tongue hitch-they said they could do it-it will cost me though-since I didn't feel capable-it is 95 degrees here also

my dealer is a 2 hour drive away-is it worth my time to order it and bring it to them-they said that was ok-to save 50$ or just have them order it and pay the extra for the mark up?? that is the question-in this heat-I,m thinking maybe just pay the xtra-i really want it

well-picked up my t@b today they put in my Victron battery monitor-and electric tongue jack-drove straight to work-in the parking lot for the day

@kaylevine1, please share pics of how your dealer installed your Victron 712 including the shunt.

it is on the wall right above the battery in the bed area right by the inverter plug
