Coroplast bottom cover (belly pan)

I have a 2015 320 Outback that has no covering on the bottom. I understand that later 2015s and subsequent years have this covering and in some posts on this forum this cover is shown when installing a high altitude kit. I would like to cover the bottom as I intend a long trip in December and wished to "somewhat" insulate the water tanks, holding tanks and water lines there. What I need to know is if anyone knows the true thickness. I have read 6mm but would like that confirmed if possible. As source in California would be nice as on line seems to just sell it 4 feet by 8 feet in pallets of 10.
Anyone who has a picture(s) of the portion in front of the axel would be also appreciated. I have pictures from the rear.
Thanks in advance!

The belly pan is just standard "Coroplast." Home Depot (at least enemy area) sells it although I have not seen any colors other than white. You can probably find other colors at a sign shop--ones that make political signs.

Thanks for the reply. I have been away from my computer for a little while. I have looked at Home Depot and at least on line (it is over two hours away from my home) it comes in 10 sheet pallets. It is also .157 in thickness. In this forum somewhere I have read someone believed it to be 6 mm which is about .236 in thickness. I am looking for a sign supply shop or a big sign shop in the Reno area to see if they have it. There should be plenty of political signs coming up!!!2015 Little Guy T@B Outback

Just happen to have mine off the frame. It's 49" wide by 76" long. It is thinner than the Coroplast available at Home Depot (in white only). You can get by with 48" wide.

"Coroplast".. Isn't that the organelle which distinguishes a plant cell from an animal cell? 😉-Brian in Chester, Virginia

Just curious if anyone has tried to insulate the tanks on a 400? I am planning on a December trip and was curious if it is possible to upgrade to a season 3 ranking to withstand temps in the upper 20s to 30 degree kind of Fall temperatures??

@mikesnewjourney with temps in the 20s and 30s you'd probably be good with just adding some heating pads on the tanks and most importantly the dump valves. However if you drop the belly pan to do that you might as well insulate as well. Here is a thread from someone who added 12v heat pads and insulation to the underbelly.

I had 12v heating pads added to the fresh water and the grey water tank added by the dealer. They said not to put a heating pad on the black tank but you can use Rv antifreeze to flush in freezing temps. Heating the black tank may give you bad smells. Not sure you use the toilet, just thought I would mention it.

@mikesnewjourney Look over these threads and a couple of owners have tackled this. https://www.google.com/search?q=heated+tanks+site:tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com&client=firefox-b-1-d&sca_esv=591244276&sxsrf=AM9HkKnPzVsWyPodDn7FwoUdKU-xwz59Ew:1702659856995&ei=EId8ZdWrPOyIkPIP6vSaiAY&ved=0ahUKEwjV88uf9pGDAxVsBEQIHWq6BmEQ4dUDCBA&uact=5&oq=heated+tanks+site:tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com&gs_lp=Egxnd3Mtd2l6LXNlcnAiLWhlYXRlZCB0YW5rcyBzaXRlOnRhYi1ydi52YW5pbGxhY29tbXVuaXR5LmNvbUiEOVDECVjsNnACeACQAQCYAUWgAcUKqgECMje4AQPIAQD4AQHiAwQYASBBiAYB&sclient=gws-wiz-serp

I have a 2020 400 unit and I am in 0-20 degree weather for 6 weeks before heading down to Florida for the winter. I've never had anything freeze underneath, but I do keep the water tank full daily and I use the water throughout the day. The biggest thing in cold weather will be not having a hose connected and using a few small fans inside, to circulate the air to prevent moisture buildup on the walls.
