Alde Fan Failure

Hi there! We have a brand new 2018 T@B 320 U. We have noticed that we are getting a "Fan Failure" warning on the Alde panel when trying to heat up water (we only get this warning when on battery power and using propane). It seems like we should be resetting from the Alde panel? But I'm not sure why we're getting this error and how to fix it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The lovely people at NüCamp helped me figure out the issue! All of our camping is done in the Canadian Rockies, so we need to run the Alde in high altitude mode in order to compensate for the higher elevation!
