remote won't work!!! changed batteries-still doesn't do anything-had to turn tv on with buttons on side\behind tv and used the dvd\radio to play-remote sat in the trailer during the hot humid summer-i do have dehumidifier but temps got pretty hot-i don't see any corrosion at the battery terminals-any thoughts?? did the high temp ruin it??? i will try another set of batteries to make sure those were good. It worked last summer and the first time we went camping over labor day weekend but no the next time we went about a month later

Try a set of batteries you know are good. Try otoon both the TV and your radio to make sure it's not the sensor on the TV. Make sure the batteries are in the correct orientation. If that doesn't fix it then it's time to replace the remote.

the radio has a different remote for it. I changed out the batteries again with some from a different batch-still does nothing-no light even comes on would i contact jensen or nucamp for a new remote? only used it twice
