Oh, I feel so dumb!  I cannot figure out how to make my tv work.  I did not get a manual with our new 2019 320s, but I think I found the manual online here.  I see how to use the remote.  So do I have to run cables from the radio part to the tv to watch a dvd?  I have tried to play a dvd with no luck.  I have found the different modes, and put it on dvd, and the tv on hdmi.  Nothing happens.  Can any one give me a step by step or refer me to clear instructions?  Thanks.  😜

    I can't help much with the operation of the TV, as I used mine once three seasons ago.
    I can tell you you should not have to run any additional cables in order to watch a DVD. The factory wires the radio and TV components to work together.

    Also do a search on this forum for "Television not working" 
    "TV help", etc.  Sorry I can't help much, I'm technologically challenged.  I do know that one of the long time posters "Verna" uses the entire system & streams TV shows & uses streaming services from her phone, so you could send her a message by @Verna within this post and ask her for instructions.  Other people here will also hopefully chime in to help.  I will be following!

    HDMI is a cable setting. You should have an AV setting on the tv that will enable you to play dvds.

    Agree with Mona- use the TV control's "Source" button to select the TV's "AV" input, then put your DVD in..

    You may need to press the "TV" button first if same remote, then "Source" button, then scroll down with down arrow button on the TV's on-screen menu to highlight the "AV" selection, then press "Enter" button.

    I have tried all these tips with no luck. I also contacted nucamp tech dept.  this is what they said, but I don’t really understand it either.  “Good Morning Rina, I would try putting the TV on HDMI Mode as well as the dvd player - that is the cable that is connected from the radio to the TV to transfer picture and sound. “  I understand how to change the sources on the tv.  It is the DVD player, it just keeps loading and loading.  On the quick reference guide I received it says to “press to cycle through modes until Disc is reached, and press enter to select.”  Well it does not give me the Disc option.  I have am, fm, Bluetooth, front auxiliary, rear auxiliary. HDMI arc.  And most things say set the tv source, put the dvd in and it will play?

    Are you trying a DVD or a Blu-Ray?

    Thanks everyone  your help.  I just tried it again with a different dvd and it worked!  And I wrote down exactly what I did.  The other dvd worked after that also, so??

    @Robnrina— you DO know a little more than you think— I have one tv at home that I have to select HDMI 1 or 2 to view my firetv streaming services or regular OTA channels & one tv that I have to select TV from the “source” or “ input” button on the remote— go figure.  Sometimes some DVDs just don’t play— I’m glad you got it to work for you !

    Robnrina---can you post back here with what you did that worked?  Others following.

    Well, I haven’t had consistent results.  At least I know it works.  And I have had it on 3 times after playing with it, but still have not figured out the steps to get it to work each time.  When I do I will post. 😜😄

    @mona the tv remote.  It is kind of confusing because the tv is Jensen too.  But I get that people are referring to the radio part on the wall now!

    on ours, to watch DVD put the TV input on DVD and the Jensen receiver on DVD. both have to be set to approprite input (TV) or output (jensen receiver) to work either TV, DVD or something connected via HDMI

    @mgreen2   I don’t have a way to set receiver to dvd.  The tv doesn’t have that choice either, at least not listed as dvd.  Thanks though.  Our t@b is brand new.

    Okay, I picked up my TV remote and pushed “power” which turned on the Jensen. Then  I pushed the red button on remote marked “tv” and hit power, turning on the tv.  Then I pressed the green button on remote marked “dvd”.  Then I put the dvd in the slot and waited....voila!!  I honestly thought I had tried all those combos before, but apparently not! 😄
