TAB 400 Wheel Hubs

How do the TAB 400 wheel hubs come off? Does the wheel need to be removed first? It can be turned about an eight of a turn but no farther so I'm assuming it doesn't just unscrew.

The wheel has to come off to remove the hub. The hub flares at the base which is captured by the wheel,2018 T@b 400, 200ah Lithium with Solar

Thanks. I guess it is time for some jacking practice. -
The plastic center cap can be gently pried off so you can lube the hub. do not break the tabs off the cap though.

@falcon1970 I doubt you can tighten the decorative tin cap. My Wells Cargo has very similar center caps and they can be a bit loose too, if your wheel is tight not much fixing to be done. Of course if you want to practice jacking and wheel removal, carry on.2019 T@B 400 Boondock Lite
